Fight each other during our boxing and/or kickboxing workshop! Need to take it out on that one colleague of yours? This is your chance! After an hour of kickboxing, we can assure you that everyone is exhausted. Show that colleague all corners of the boxing ring or show your boss who the real boss is! This workshop is given by the professional boxing school Kamakura from Katwijk. When the weather is not so good we can switch to an indoor location in Katwijk.
(KICK) BOX CLINIC KATWIJK
A boxing workshop is not something you just participate in; it requires a good deal of energy. During this workout, you should pay particular attention to coordination, speed, and condition. It is a very intensive workout in which various types of exercises are taught. Think of uppercut, high and low kicks. Show your inner Badr Hari this hour and show everyone the corners of the ring! This clinic can be booked from €17.50 per person and includes the use of boxing gloves. This activity can easily be combined with other activities. After this sportive effort it might be time to take it easy and relax at the coast of Katwijk at our surf school. For example, go out on the water with our mega SUP or take a surf clinic for those who still have some energy left.

- Are we also fighting each other?
The instructors will first walk you through several techniques, after which you may practice them on each other.
Please note; that due to not wearing a bit, hitting on the head is not allowed.
- What clothing should I wear?
For the boxing clinic, we recommend sportswear. depending on the location (indoor or outdoor), you decide which shoes to put on.
- How big are the groups
The group size depends on the company you are with.
